We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join our nationally recognized health care organization, known for delivering coordinated and accountable care across our multi-specialty clinic network.
As part of our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, you will be joining a diverse and cohesive group of caring and competent providers focused on women’s health. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient service through evidence-based and value-based care while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment for our medical professionals.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing general gynecological care, addressing ailments specific to female anatomy such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, and hormonal disorders.
- Treating and counseling women throughout all stages of pregnancy, including prenatal diagnosis, childbirth, delivery, and comprehensive postpartum care.
- Addressing both medical and surgical needs to support women across their adult lifetime.
- Preventing, diagnosing, and treating general health problems with a strong emphasis on empathy and high ethical standards.
Required qualifications for applicants:
- Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency, or fellowship program upon hire.
- Completed residency and currently practicing, or in residency at the time of application.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
- Board Certified and/or Board Eligible.
- Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses, determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance. Eligible employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions.
