2. What we do
OneJobCareer aggregates and publishes job listings from third-party sources and directly from employers. We are not a recruiting agency or employer of record for any listed position, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
3. No employment relationship
We do not run hiring processes ourselves. Any application, interview, offer, or hire happens directly between you and the listing company. Disputes about a specific job listing should be directed to that company.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
5. Posting job listings
If you post a job listing, you confirm that the listing is genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory, and that you have the right to post it. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law, without notice.
6. Prohibited use
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
- Scraping or automated bulk-collection of listings without permission.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise site security.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party company websites and application systems. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneJobCareer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions made based on listings published here.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
