Hackensack Meridian Health is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to become a vital member of our growing team at the prestigious Hackensack University Medical Center located in Hackensack, New Jersey. As a Neurologist with our team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive neurological care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of neurological disorders.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, physiatrists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Participating in a shared call schedule for neurological consultations and emergencies.
- Engaging in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School.
- Certification by the appropriate Board and subspecialty board, or board eligibility.
- Valid New Jersey Medical, DEA, and CDS licenses.
- Strong clinical skills and an unwavering commitment to outstanding patient care.
The minimum starting base salary for this position is $241,941, complying with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act. The final compensation package is determined by non-discriminatory factors such as specialization, market data, relevant experience, leadership roles, education, certifications, productivity, and internal equity.
