CHRISTUS Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative Anesthesia Departments. While this posting lists the location as Brookings, SD, the actual clinical positions are hospital-employed W-2 opportunities located within our facilities across Louisiana and Texas, including Shreveport, LA, as well as Longview, Jacksonville, Texarkana, and Tyler, TX. These roles are situated within Level 2 through Level 4 trauma centers that emphasize a cohesive approach to patient care, featuring a diverse case mix that excludes hearts and transplants, with an independent practice model available at the Jacksonville facility.

Key responsibilities and clinical involvement include:
- Managing a broad case mix encompassing trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, ophthalmology, EP, GI, and OB.
- Delivering safe, comprehensive anesthesia care tailored to various surgical and procedural patient needs.
- Collaborating effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals within Level 2-4 trauma center environments.

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week pay, premium pay of $200 per hour for hours exceeding 40 in a work week, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and 1.5x holiday pay.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirement:
- Must be currently licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the state of Louisiana or Texas, or be fully eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
