The Family Medicine Physician will specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families. Trained to treat patients of all ages, from children age 5 to senior adults, family practitioners diagnose and treat a full range of health conditions. In this role, you will act as an essential part of a multispecialty team, coordinating care with specialty physicians and other members of the care team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• See patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including new patient visits and corporate physicals
• Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group, with on-call duties occurring about once per month (weekday or weekend day) consisting of answering patient phone calls
• Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams
• Deliver comprehensive preventive medicine care

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD, DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency training program
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses, determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases based on productivity and performance.
