In this role, you will provide comprehensive orthopedic hand surgery services while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. Your day-to-day focus will center on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and active participation in our mission-driven organization.
Key responsibilities for the position include:
- Performing a wide range of hand and upper extremity surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Engaging in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
- Utilizing the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system efficiently for patient management, charting, and documentation.
- Participating in ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities to stay current with medical advancements.
Candidates applying for this opportunity must meet the following professional requirements:
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Completed a Fellowship in Hand and/or Upper Extremity Surgery.
- Hold an unrestricted Louisiana Medical License or demonstrate eligibility for licensure in the state of Louisiana.
