Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing team at Palisades Medical Center. In this role, you will practice across our office locations in North Bergen and Hoboken, New Jersey, becoming an integral part of an expanding healthcare network committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
As an Endocrinologist with Hackensack Meridian Health, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and adrenal, pituitary, and gonadal dysfunction, to provide comprehensive and continuous patient care.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including hormone assays and imaging studies, to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Collaborating closely with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure fully integrated patient health.
- Working within a supportive network of experienced physicians, specialists, and support staff who foster a strong culture of teamwork.
- Qualifying for potential faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
Candidates must meet the following professional requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School.
- Board certified or board eligible in endocrinology.
- Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA registrations.
- Possession of excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding patient care.
Hackensack Meridian Health is committed to pay transparency. The minimum starting base salary for this position is $208,203. Final compensation is determined based on non-discriminatory factors including specialization, board certification status, relevant experience, education, productivity, geographic location, and internal equity. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package featuring health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
