L3Harris Technologies is hosting a special engineering and security hiring event and is currently seeking talented professionals to join our teams in the Greenville, Plano, and Rockwall areas. As the Trusted Disruptor in the defense industry, we deliver critical technology solutions connecting space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains to support national security. We are dedicated to recruiting high-performing talent who share a commitment to excellence, professional growth, and our customers’ missions.
This upcoming hiring event is specifically designed for experienced professionals and is not intended for recent or new college graduates. We will be interviewing and hiring for a wide variety of engineering and security disciplines, including:
- Systems, Software, Structural, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, and Project Engineers
- Integration & Test Engineers and Information Security Systems Engineers
- Specialty Engineering roles such as Technical Writers, Product Trainers, System Safety Engineers, and Configuration/Data Management professionals
- Security professionals including Cyber Intelligence, Security Systems, Security Officers, Personnel Security Specialists (PERSEC), CSSO, and Industrial Security
To be considered for these opportunities, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Successful candidates who accept a conditional offer of employment will be subject to government security investigations and must meet all eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
