Optum is currently seeking career-minded Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents for the Physician Resident – Pathways program with Unity Health Network in Akron, OH. This customized program allows you to prepare for Day One at your practice up to one year in advance of completing your resident or fellowship program, with minimal impact on your current training time.
As a Pathways Physician with American Health Network, you will receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training and enjoy guaranteed employment upon completion of your residency. The program requires a commitment of only a few hours per month, combining virtual participation with customized experiences at designated facilities to help you ease the stress of your transition to a physician provider.
