Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our PCU (Surgical Trauma) department. This is a full-time day shift opportunity operating under new leadership that fosters a positive culture, promotes professional growth opportunities, and supports an excellent work-life balance. Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of assigned patients. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary professional disciplines to ensure the delivery of effective patient care and the achievement of desired clinical outcomes, all within an environment centered around patient and community need.
Qualified candidates must meet the following education, licensure, and certification requirements:
- Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Preferred Experience/Certifications: RN-C or CCRN certification is preferred.
- Required Licensure: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from your state of residence is required (or must be obtained within 30 days if holding a license from another Compact state).
- Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS is required within 7 days of hire, and ACLS and NIHSS must be obtained during the orientation period.
