Security Officers

L3Harris Technologies is seeking qualified professionals for Security Officers opportunities located in Greenville, TX. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment, supporting our vital operations and facilities.

Essential functions and responsibilities associated with security operations typically include:

• Monitoring premises, facilities, and assets to protect against unauthorized access, theft, damage, or safety hazards.
• Conducting regular patrols of designated areas, checking doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper security status.
• Controlling access to the facility by verifying employee identification, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Responding quickly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, and taking appropriate action according to established protocols.
• Writing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate logs of daily activities and occurrences.
• Interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and external law enforcement or emergency personnel as needed.
