In this role, you will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs, while also accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions as needed. You will hold meaningful conversations with clients to uncover their financial and life priorities, connecting them with tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the bank’s risk culture, striving for operational excellence, and following established processes and guidelines in daily activities.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
- Growing business knowledge by partnering with specialists in areas such as small business, lending, and investments.
- Effectively managing financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive an exceptional client experience.
- Managing cash responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
Required qualifications and skills for this 40-hour per week, 1st shift position include:
- High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent minimum education requirement.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic, intense focus on results, and a dedication to acting in clients’ best interests.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Effective communication abilities and confidence in educating clients on digital self-service banking technologies.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, and ability to travel to nearby financial center locations within a reasonable distance.
Desired qualifications that enhance your application include prior experience in financial services, a background in product and solution knowledge, at least one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual goals, six months of cash handling experience, and a Bachelor’s or business-relevant Associate’s Degree in fields such as business management, business administration, or finance.
