Visual Designer

Exadel is an AI-first global tech company with over 25 years of engineering leadership, a team of 2,000+ members, and more than 500 active projects powering Fortune 500 clients such as HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks. We are currently seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team, working with a major global technology company headquartered in the United States that specializes in personal computing, printing solutions, and sustainable, high-performance digital transformation solutions.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our visual identity across multiple channels. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining branded templates using Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Creating scalable digital marketing assets and template systems designed for reuse and adaptation across various markets and languages.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into clear and compelling visuals.
• Ensuring strict visual consistency across all channels, formats, web properties, social media, and internal campaigns.
• Preparing production-ready assets with a strong grasp of web layout constraints and responsive behavior.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design or graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator), and Canva.
• Proven experience developing presentation templates, campaign systems, and comprehensive brand toolkits.
• A solid foundation in typography, layout systems, color theory, and scalable brand design, alongside experience with multilingual content and localization.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work with templates, branding, and marketing design projects.
• An Upper-Intermediate level of English and availability to work during EST hours.
• Familiarity with tech, SaaS, or digital product environments, AI-based design tools, and distributed team collaboration is considered a plus.
