About this job

At Uber, we are reimagining how the world moves for the better. Uber AI Solutions powers this mission by delivering advanced capabilities in AI data solutions, data collection, product testing, and more, extending these strengths to enterprises to accelerate their own AI and automation journeys. We are leveraging Uber’s decades of experience in large-scale data and sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning models to deliver cutting-edge AI data products and solutions to businesses globally. This is a critical, high-impact hybrid role where you must be located in, or willing to relocate to, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Seattle.

As a Partner Development Manager for Uber AI Solutions, you will be the architect and driver for our engagement with traditional, established partners such as Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and consulting companies, while strategically supporting the high-velocity startup ecosystem powered by key venture capital funds. You will define and execute our global engagement strategy, build joint business plans, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define, implement, and own the global engagement strategy for a portfolio of Tier 1 GSIs, consulting partners, and strategic ISVs.
  • Develop and drive detailed annual joint business plans that include shared revenue targets, marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and solution development roadmaps.
  • Lead the creation of co-branded, high-value AI/ML accelerators, professional service offerings, and industry-specific solutions leveraging partner expertise and the Uber AI Solutions platform.
  • Orchestrate seamless co-selling and co-delivery motions between partner field teams and the Uber AI Solutions sales organization, conducting rigorous Quarterly Business Reviews with partner executive leadership.
  • Support the broader strategy by identifying and engaging key Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, driving platform adoption by enabling high-potential portfolio companies to build, deploy, and scale on Uber AI Solutions.
  • Lead the planning and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns, partner events, field sales enablement, and thought leadership content to drive top-of-funnel pipeline.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, or a related GTM role in the enterprise technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing joint business plans and driving measurable revenue outcomes through GSIs, consulting firms, and ISVs.
  • Direct experience working with the venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystem to influence technology decisions and generate platform adoption.
  • Strong technical acumen in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or cloud computing.
  • Exceptional executive presence with demonstrated success engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or a Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • Experience launching partner solutions and services via a cloud marketplace.
  • A pre-existing network within the top-tier US and global venture capital community.
  • Familiarity with the Uber ecosystem and a high level of comfort navigating a fast-paced, highly-matrixed, global organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range for San Francisco, CA and Sunnyvale, CA: USD $164,000 to $182,000 per year.
  • Base salary range for Seattle, WA: USD $148,000 to $164,000 per year.
  • Eligibility to participate in Uber’s bonus program, with potential equity awards and other types of compensation.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan and various company benefits.

Uber is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, considering all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other legally protected characteristic.
