Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Everett, WA

Optum WA, formerly known as The Everett Clinic, is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our collaborative team in Everett, WA. As part of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will play an integral role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone, backed by the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization.

In this full-scope OB/GYN practice, you will enjoy a supportive, clinician-led environment that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and the Quadruple Aim. Position highlights and primary responsibilities include:

• A 1.0 FTE schedule featuring a 4-day work week
• Engagement in a full-scope OB/GYN practice with robotic surgery options available
• A manageable schedule averaging approximately 3 call shifts per month
• Strong collaborative relationships with community specialists, including GYN ONC, URO GYN, MFM, and Infertility MDs
• Opportunities to participate in teaching medical students and residents
• Utilization of EPIC EMR systems with great peer-to-peer support

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• An unrestricted Washington State Medical License, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date
• A current Washington DEA certificate required prior to the start date
• Prior training or experience using EPIC EMR
• Open to experienced physicians as well as 2024 and 2025 graduates

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonuses, determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential for increases over time based on productivity and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions, subject to standard eligibility requirements.
