Monitor Attendant, 5N Respiratory/Oncology, Full Time, Nights – 12HR

PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitor Attendant to join our 5N Respiratory/Oncology unit on a full-time, night shift (12-hour) basis. Located at 1225 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles (Zip Code: 90017), PIH Health is a prominent nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the San Gabriel Valley. In this vital support role, you will be primarily responsible for continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms and assisting the nursing staff in the prompt recognition of significant dysrhythmias so that appropriate clinical therapies can be initiated swiftly and effectively. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will maintain vigilant observation and communicate critical updates clearly and professionally.

Required qualifications and skills for this position include:

• Successful completion of a formal EKG course
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with essential computer skills
• LA City Fire Card required within 6 months of employment
• One year of relevant healthcare experience is preferred
