Optum Washington is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our experienced clinical teams in Everett and Arlington, WA. In this role, you will practice independently within a 100% outpatient setting. The position primarily involves adult cases along with some pediatric anesthesia, featuring a larger volume of regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks.
Position highlights and schedule details include:
- Starting salary beginning at $244,197, with a total compensation range generally between $191,500 and $261,500 based on factors such as experience and education
- $20,000 starting bonus with no repayment clause
- 4-day workweek consisting of 164 shifts per year, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts
- Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekends or overnight call
- Diverse specialties including Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology (No OB), Ophthalmology, Hand Surgery, Podiatry, and ENT

Required qualifications for applicants:
- Degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion of a CRNA residency; board eligible or certified
- Board certification with an unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in a full-spectrum anesthesia practice with proficiency in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks
- Meet regular CME guidelines
Preferred qualifications include prior experience working in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) environment.
