We are proud to offer an attractive sign-on bonus: $15,000 for full-time positions and $7,500 for part-time positions, paid out in four convenient installments. Wages start at $35.40 per hour with incentives included. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to nursing home guests.
• Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members caring for guests.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess the health of guests, notify physicians of status changes, and promptly implement new orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on ongoing assessments.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions or prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments, including MDS/CAAs and care plan development.

Qualifications for the position:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
