Wealth Management Client Associate

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a dedicated Wealth Management Client Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and helping them pursue their personal financial goals through goals-based wealth management and investment products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional client service by educating clients on available bank and investment offerings, ensuring accuracy in client materials, and promptly following up on requests.
• Maintaining operational excellence by ensuring all practices align with bank policies and procedures to protect clients and manage risk effectively.
• Deepening client relationships by promoting banking solutions, identifying new opportunities, and communicating insights back to the Financial Advisors.
• Supporting day-to-day team activities, stepping in to cover roles during absences or peak times, and maintaining a client-first mindset at all times.

To be successful in this role, candidates should be enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to adapt to new information and technology platforms. Preferred qualifications include prior industry knowledge, experience working directly with clients to deliver complex solutions, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Holding or actively pursuing FINRA credentials such as the SIE, Series 7, or Series 66 (or equivalent 63 and 65) is viewed favorably.

This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled for 37.5 hours per week.
