Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health – Full Time

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, home-based care opportunity. In this full-time role, you will help patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks within the home. Your responsibilities will include utilizing targeted treatments to develop patients’ daily living skills and basic motor functions, as well as helping them compensate for any loss of function. You will administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services, provide education to families and other healthcare team members, and perform all duties in accordance with physicians’ orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.

To qualify for this position, candidates must be graduates of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and hold a valid license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, though exceptions may be considered with appropriate leadership approval based on prior experience settings. Prior Medicare home health experience is also preferred.
