Customer Service Representative

Chevron Stations Inc (CSI) is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Customer Service Representative for Station #2211, located at 215 Placerville Road, Folsom, CA 95630. We are looking for individuals who can work effectively and safely in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining total customer focus.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing exceptional guest service by being courteous, making eye contact, and always greeting and thanking customers.
• Conducting accurate point-of-sale activities, handling retail and fuel sales transactions, managing cash drawers, and performing shift reconciliations.
• Maintaining consistent indoor and outdoor station cleanliness, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and the car wash.
• Preparing food and hot beverage products, managing foodservice offerings (such as ExtraMile and KKC products), monitoring stock levels, and restocking shelves.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and food safety hygiene regulations, including proper carding for age-restricted products.
• Cross-checking delivered goods, organizing stock in retail and cooler spaces, and actively promoting store specials.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.
• Sufficient proficiency in English to understand company policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and to bend, lift, push, and move products following proper lifting techniques.

This is a United States-based position with full-time and part-time shifts available. The compensation range for this role is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, determined by the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
