In this role, you will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs, while accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions as needed. You will hold meaningful conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them with appropriate solutions to help meet their financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the bank’s risk culture, striving for operational excellence, and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs
- Partnering with internal experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network
- Managing financial center traffic, scheduled appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Driving the overall client experience and managing cash handling responsibilities
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, a focus on results, and a dedication to acting in the best interest of the client. You should be comfortable engaging clients, confident in identifying financial solutions, and capable of learning and adapting to new technology platforms. Applicants must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to financial center locations within a reasonable distance.
Position details:
- Schedule: 1st shift, 40 hours per week
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
