We are currently seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor for the East Valley Phoenix Area. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work within an in-office culture that offers appropriate levels of flexibility based on role-specific considerations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to plan their short- and long-term financial goals by building financial plans utilizing brokerage products, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommending banking and investment strategies that align with client financial needs and goals.
  • Triaging client requests and making appropriate referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds and client needs.
  • Mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory due diligence.
  • Identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to referral partners regarding client needs and recommended product services.

Required qualifications and expectations for this role include:

  • Currently holding Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses, or the ability to obtain the missing series within 60 days under specific offer conditions.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of products and services.
  • At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including submission to the required background check and federal registry process for residential loan mortgage originations.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.

Desired qualifications that are a plus for applicants include bi-lingual Spanish speaking abilities, strong computer multitasking skills, three or more years of financial services or goal-oriented sales experience, additional professional designations such as a CFP or CRPC, and obtained insurance licenses.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position operating on the 1st shift, scheduled Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
