As a Senior Banker, you will serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover the personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients. You will offer appropriate solutions, connect clients to specialists, and deepen relationships through platform services. This role involves supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, providing exceptional client care, and proactively connecting with clients through outbound calls and consistent follow-up routines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assisting, educating, and training clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leveraging available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Adhering to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
  • Managing client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications for this role include a minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment, or meeting internal Bank of America tenure requirements in designated roles. Candidates must be enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Additionally, applicants must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, travel to financial center locations within a reasonable distance, and become a commissioned notary within the required timeframe.

Desired qualifications include bilingual Spanish language capabilities, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field, and previous experience working in a financial or retail environment where goals were met or exceeded. A High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent is required. This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity operating at 40 hours per week within an in-office culture that offers appropriate levels of flexibility.
