Senior Software Engineer (Python, AI)

You will join a dynamic team supporting a major global professional services network, designing, developing, and deploying innovative enterprise technology and AI-driven tools. The project utilizes a modern tech stack including Azure Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Python, MongoDB, Azure SQL, GitHub Enterprise with Copilot, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG Pipelines, and Multi-modal LLMs.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Implement asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to established guidelines and maintain high code quality.
• Integrate and experiment with multi-modal GenAI models such as text-to-image and text-to-audio.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the team, coordinating day-to-day operations and communicating regularly with the client.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring, coaching, and leading by example.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of background in software development.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition, as well as hands-on experience with asyncio.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing agentic AI applications.
• Solid understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-manage, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• An Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Cloud services or other major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic protocols such as MCP and A2A, and hands-on experience with the LangGraph stack.
• Familiarity with .NET, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
