Retail Execution Specialist – Philadelphia

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve product productivity.
• Installing and maintaining creative displays aligned with branding initiatives to engage consumers.
• Interacting actively with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge and insights.
• Executing sales programs and initiatives, ensuring customer compliance and maximum brand potential.
• Partnering with team members to maintain inventory levels and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Gathering and reporting customer needs, interests, and competitive activities.
• Performing routine territory account maintenance, such as checking date codes, managing plan-o-grams, and updating point-of-sale materials.
• Utilizing company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and data analysis.

Requirements and qualifications for this role:

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred; entry-level applicants with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in the greater Philadelphia area or willing to relocate at your own expense, as no relocation assistance is provided.
• Strong selling skillset with the ability to influence through fact-based data selling, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills to work independently across a large territory.
• Physical ability to lift upwards of 25 to 50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to support display building and events.
• Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle for work hours, an excellent driving record, and a willingness to travel extensively (76% to 100% travel required).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employment sponsorship.

Compensation and additional details:

• The base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $54,000 USD, with exact pay varying based on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Includes an Annual Incentive reference value percentage of 7.5.
• Eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and other applicable benefits.
