We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect – Financial Workflows to join our team, where what you do matters and helps shape the future of health for patients, communities, and our people.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing architectural guidance, technical expertise, and ServiceNow best practices for the Financial Workflows suite of products. You will be hands-on with technical designs and Out-of-the-Box solution delivery, enabling ServiceNow Financial Workflows processes for McKesson Technology customers while working with partners to establish and evolve best practice standards.
Core responsibilities include:
- Establishing standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow Financial Workflows solution lead and functionality within the overall platform model.
- Supporting the design and implementation of multiple financial workflow product standards to achieve desired financial support services business outcomes.
- Providing technical evaluation of intake demands against ServiceNow module features, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Offering guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
- Partnering with enterprise leaders to provide required diagrams and accommodations aligned with McKesson Technology standards, frameworks, and policies.
- Defining and advising on the technical strategy for financial workflow-related products and supporting remediation of configurations not aligned with best practices.
- Overseeing delivery focused on product core features, integrations, and upstream-downstream data flows.
- Partnering with Financial Services & Support business customers to design and deliver platforms improving workflow efficiencies and operational excellence.
- Providing input to the platform roadmap for features and capabilities to maximize platform value and sustainability.
Minimum requirements and critical skills for this position:
- A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience, typically requiring 7+ years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a variety of ServiceNow solution design, architecture, and/or technical lead roles.
- Understanding and experience implementing and supporting Financial Workflows product families in ServiceNow, including SPO Workspace, Case Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Customer Service Management, Accounts Payable Operations, and related portals.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including agent workspaces, knowledge management, workflow development, virtual agent, platform analytics, and AI NowAssist.
- Strong hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with key finance systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, Ariba, Blackline, Vistex, and Databricks.
- Technical foundation in the Now Platform as a senior administrator or developer, along with experience in technical artifact creation, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level leaders and key stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as ITIL credentials or ServiceNow certifications.
Working conditions for this role follow a Flex and Connect model with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. The base pay range for this position is $99,100 to $132,100, determined by factors such as performance, experience, skills, and geographical market, with potential additional compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentives offered as part of our Total Rewards package.
