We are currently seeking an Industrial Relations Representative to join our craft recruitment team.

In this role, you will assist with project craft employee recruitment efforts and contribute to a smooth hiring process and successful project staffing. Your daily responsibilities will include document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, credential checks, verification of package completion, and reporting for document expirations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive searches to source qualified candidates using online resources, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and application materials, conduct preliminary phone screenings, and build a strong network of potential candidates.
• Travel to events, attend career fairs, and engage with the public to represent the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records while collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Prepare reports and track key metrics related to sourcing and screening activities.
• Interact with key project personnel, including site leadership, superintendents, and craft professional supervision, to identify recruitment needs and conduct necessary training on internal systems and processes.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project location in Houston, TX. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor in consultation with project leadership.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires a university hire with 1 to 2 years of experience, or alternatively, 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in recruitment, utilizing databases, online tools, Microsoft tools, and recruitment systems.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in craft recruitment, customer service, bilingual capabilities (Spanish-speaking is beneficial), and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain research and analytical capabilities.
