Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional guest service by greeting and thanking customers courteously and maintaining professional contact with co-workers, vendors, and the community.
• Conducting all point-of-sale activities accurately, handling cash drawers, performing shift reconciliations, and following secure cash-handling policies.
• Executing food safety hygiene, preparing food and hot beverage products, and following proper kitchen and sanitation procedures for offerings like Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC).
• Maintaining consistent indoor and outdoor station cleanliness, restocking retail shelves and coolers, cross-checking delivered goods, and actively promoting store specials.
• Adhering to safety, security, and loss prevention guidelines, including carding customers for age-restricted products and reporting incidents immediately.

Job requirements and qualifications for this position:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations, and meet age requirements for specific shifts or duties where applicable.
• Proficiency in English to understand company policies, safety training, and job instructions while communicating effectively.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lift, push, and handle equipment safely utilizing proper techniques and personal protective equipment.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a compensation range of $19.25 to $20.25 per hour, determined by skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional offerings include direct deposit with weekly pay, health and wellness packages available for purchase, education reimbursement, shift differential pay for select shifts, and commuter benefits.
