Value Consultant – Data Analytics & Supply Chain Transformation

We are currently seeking a dedicated Value Consultant – Data Analytics & Supply Chain Transformation to join our mission of making processes work for people, companies, and the planet.

In this role, you will spearhead data-driven business transformations with customers and prospects, utilizing our AI Process Intelligent Platform to solve critical business problems. Working in partnership with the Sales Team, you will hold full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve strategic goals and realize significant ROI. Candidates must possess native-level or near-native Spanish language skills (written and spoken) to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify & Frame Value (Win Accounts): Collaborate with the sales team to define account strategies, pitch corporate prospects, and translate high-level business needs into critical AI and process-mining use cases across sectors like manufacturing, retail, finance, and supply chain. Build tailored business cases, technical demos, and Proof-of-Value projects.
• Realize Value (Execute & Deliver Impact): Govern and drive execution of business-critical implementation plans, working directly with delivery teams and in-house customer services to ensure solutions using SaaS, Python, or generative AI are effectively deployed to unlock maximum operational value and ROI for senior leadership.
• Scale Value (Grow Accounts): Drive account growth, adoption, and renewals by positioning Celonis as a strategic transformation platform, managing project scopes, and ensuring continuous CIO and C-level business alignment and sponsorship.

Qualifications required for this position include:

• 4+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, delivery projects, defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Strong domain and industry expertise within the supply chain domain across sectors such as manufacturing, consumer, retail, services, and resources.
• Solid understanding of data science fundamentals, generative AI techniques (such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and fine-tuning), and experience with business software or SaaS applications like SAP or Oracle, RPA, BI tools, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch), along with data engineering tools.
• Proven experience in identifying and projecting value use cases, ensuring measurable ROI, and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Excellence in preparing and communicating roadmaps and results to C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
