In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive outpatient oncology care. Typical daily responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, managing patient care schedules—ranging from 13 to 16 patients—and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to excellence in cancer treatment.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Providing expert medical oncology care with a specialized focus on breast cancer treatment and management within an accredited center.
- Conducting thorough outpatient consultations and follow-up visits for an average patient volume of 13 to 16 patients.
- Collaborating closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participating in tumor boards and contributing to clinical discussions regarding complex cases.
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with healthcare system standards.
The compensation for this position ranges from $425,000 to $550,000, with an anticipated start date of ASAP.
