Ipsos is currently seeking a dedicated and engaging individual to join our team as a full-time Field Interviewer in York, North Yorkshire. In this role, you will serve as the face of our market research initiatives, stepping to the forefront of gathering valuable insights from the public on a diverse range of important and fascinating topics.
As a Field Interviewer, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around travelling to respondents’ homes to conduct face-to-face interviews. You will play a vital role in ensuring that respondents feel comfortable sharing their opinions, explaining the survey process clearly, answering any questions they may have, and encouraging active participation.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Travelling locally to conduct face-to-face interviews with members of the public in their homes
- Explaining the purpose of the research and guiding participants through the survey process
- Addressing questions or concerns to build trust and encourage honest participation
- Accurately recording responses and data gathered during each interview
- Representing Ipsos in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner at all times
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a reliable car available for travel to and from interview locations. While previous experience in customer service, interviewing, or market research is beneficial, no prior experience is strictly required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped for success in the field.
