Ramsay Health Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Endoscopy Lead to join the team on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week at Oaklands Hospital in Irlams O’ Th’ Height, Salford. This is a pivotal position responsible for the operational and strategic management of our high-performing endoscopy unit, where you will ensure the continuous delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care in alignment with JAG accreditation standards.
As an effective, compassionate, and visible leader, you will drive the daily operational success of the clinical team while fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining clinical excellence, monitoring service standards, and guiding the department through ongoing development and quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Providing strong clinical and operational leadership to the endoscopy team at Oaklands Hospital.
- Ensuring all clinical practices comply with relevant regulatory frameworks, including JAG accreditation standards.
