EE is looking for an outgoing and energetic Call Centre Operator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Tyneside location in Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne. If you love talking to people and have great interpersonal skills, this could be the ideal role for you.
In this position, you will be the friendly voice of EE, engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and guiding them through our products and services. Whether you come from a background in retail, hospitality, or general customer service, you will use your natural communication skills to build rapport and deliver a fantastic customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and engaging manner
- Listening to customer needs and matching them with the right EE products and services
- Working towards team and individual targets in a dynamic call centre setting
- Maintaining accurate customer records and notes following interactions
- Collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to ensure high standards of service
