Ramsay Health Care UK is looking for a dedicated and skilled Theatre Practitioner specialising in Anaesthetics (ODP or Nurse) to join the team at Springfield Hospital in Rivenhall, Witham. This is a full-time position encompassing 37.5 hours per week, offering the opportunity to be part of a supportive healthcare environment driven by the philosophy of people caring for people.
As an Anaesthetic Practitioner within our Theatre department, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of patient care and safety throughout the perioperative journey. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, your duties will include assessing patients, preparing and checking anaesthetic equipment and drugs, assisting anaesthetists during procedures, and monitoring patients closely during the pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative phases.
To be successful in this role, you should be a registered healthcare professional with a valid NMC or HCPC registration and specific training or proven experience in anaesthetics. You will possess strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to clinical practice, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment.
