That Computer Shop Pty Ltd is currently seeking a reliable and technically capable Network Support Technician to join the team on a full-time basis in the Perth region. Operating on a standard 38-hour work week, this role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year plus superannuation.
In this dynamic position, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operation, security, and maintenance of the company’s computer networks and core ICT systems. You will work closely with team members and clients to ensure reliable technological infrastructure and minimal downtime.
Key responsibilities for the Network Support Technician include:
- Providing practical, hands-on technical support across a wide range of network devices, workstations, and business systems
- Troubleshooting and maintaining communications equipment and hardware components
- Managing user access, permissions, and general ICT service requests
- Assisting with the implementation of network security protocols and routine maintenance schedules
- Documenting technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
