Pashupati & Golden Temple Group Pty Ltd., the proud franchisee for Burrito Bar in Ballina, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Located at Ballina Central Shopping Centre in West Ballina, our restaurant experiences a consistently high volume of customers and is rapidly growing in popularity and success within the local community.
In this dynamic full-time role with an annual salary between A$80,000 and A$85,000, you will play a key part in upholding our high standards for food quality and presentation, while ensuring smooth, efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can maintain consistency under pressure.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during peak trading hours
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation and kitchen environment
- Assisting with food preparation, stock management, and inventory rotation as required
- Working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen team members to ensure prompt service
