PSR BROTHERS 2.0 PTY LTD, trading as Café 63 Kepnock, is a proudly Australian-owned hospitality business committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Based in the Kepnock Town Centre, we specialise in offering high-quality, authentic cuisine in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking multiple passionate and experienced Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year.
In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our busy kitchen, working collaboratively with other culinary professionals to maintain our high standards of food quality and presentation. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards and recipes.
- Assisting with menu planning, ingredient ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment that complies with all relevant food safety and OHS regulations.
- Working efficiently during peak service hours to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers.
- Assisting with training and mentoring junior kitchen team members as required.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in commercial cookery, a genuine passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Flexible availability to support rostered shifts across our operating hours is essential.
