MacKillop Family Services is currently seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join their team on a full-time basis, located in the Karratha Industrial Estate and Roebourne area. This is a junior- to mid-level opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about community services and making a positive impact on children, young people, and families.
In this role, you will work closely with families to provide guidance, resources, and practical support to strengthen family units and promote child wellbeing. Your daily responsibilities will typically involve engaging with clients, assessing individual family needs, developing and implementing support plans, and collaborating with local community networks and service providers to ensure holistic care.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid working with children checks and relevant national police screening clearances as required by the organization.
