As a Compliance Officer at Linfox, typical day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring and reviewing operational processes to ensure alignment with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Assisting with internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborating with team members and operational leaders to address compliance queries and implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records in support of safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
- Supporting the rollout of industry-leading innovations and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
