The NSW Department of Customer Service is currently seeking an experienced professional for the Senior Change and Capability Partner position within the Independent Review Office (IRO). This is a temporary opportunity available for up to 12 months, classified at the Clerk Grade 9/10 level. Based at 1 Oxford Street, Sydney, the role offers convenient hybrid work options to support a balanced work environment.
In this senior capacity, you will play a vital role in driving organizational change and capability development initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and embed change management strategies that align with business objectives and support smooth transitions across teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing capability gaps, designing targeted development frameworks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
