We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Adelaide CBD location in Adelaide.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading our comprehensive compliance program, ensuring safe and lawful transport operations across the business, and overseeing our driver and staff induction and training processes. You will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of safety and operational integrity.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing our transport compliance framework, policies, and procedures
- Developing, implementing, and actively monitoring systems designed to meet all relevant state and national transport legislation as well as company standards
- Overseeing the induction, training, and ongoing development of drivers and operational staff
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to transport regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborating with management and team members to address any compliance gaps or operational challenges
To be successful in this part-time position, you should bring a strong background in transport compliance and a solid understanding of current industry legislation. Your ability to communicate effectively, implement robust systems, and foster a safety-first culture will be essential.
