As a Team Member at Grill’d Emporium, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. Whether you are taking orders at the front counter, preparing our famous healthy burgers in the kitchen, or ensuring the restaurant environment remains clean and vibrant, your contribution matters. We are looking for team players who are enthusiastic, approachable, and ready to learn.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Delivering warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food in line with Grill’d standards
- Operating the point of sale (POS) system and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards across the front-of-house and kitchen areas
- Working collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
