Brooks Hire is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join the team at Brooks Equipment in Welshpool, located in the Canning area. Building on over 45 years of history established by Brooks Hire, Brooks Equipment is looking for an experienced professional to help drive the growth of its new and used equipment inventory.
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding market presence and connecting with clients across key sectors. You will manage customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and promote the extensive range of equipment available through Brooks Equipment. This position is well-suited for a dedicated sales professional who excels at communication and relationship-building in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities for the Sales Representative include:
- Actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities for new and used equipment sales
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the construction and mining industries
- Presenting and promoting equipment solutions tailored to customer needs and operational requirements
- Negotiating sales agreements and closing deals in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and equipment solutions
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
