UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and qualified Interventional Technologist I to join our team on a full-time basis in the Falcon and Colorado Springs area. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Invasive Cardiology department at Memorial Hospital North, contributing to exceptional patient care and supporting specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
As an Interventional Technologist I, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve operating specialized imaging equipment, assisting medical staff during invasive procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will work closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the minimum educational requirements, which include a High School diploma or GED, or graduation from a recognized certificate, license, or degree-granting program, or participation in a relevant post-secondary educational program. Compensation for this full-time role is established at an annual salary equivalent of $81,919, with exact pay dependent on your relevant professional experience. Additionally, a relocation bonus may apply for qualified candidates who meet the necessary criteria.
Key requirements and expectations for the role include:
- Completion of a High School diploma, GED, or an approved certificate, license, or degree program
- Commitment to a full-time schedule consisting of 80 hours per pay period over two weeks on day shifts
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in an invasive cardiology unit
- Adherence to all hospital safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines
