UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and qualified Travel RN specializing in Ortho Trauma to join our team on a full-time, 13-week assignment. This position is located in the Colorado Springs area, serving patients within our hospital setting on a night shift schedule of 72.00 hours per pay period (every two weeks). Local RN traveler contract options are also available for qualified candidates who reside within 75 miles of the facility.
As a Travel RN in Ortho Trauma, you will provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic and trauma patients, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care during a critical phase of recovery.
The compensation for this full-time role is established at an annual equivalent of $92,512, which aligns with an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour plus a travel package/stipend.
To be considered for this travel nursing opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or eNLC privileges
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
