Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate IT Teacher to join the team at Norton College, located in Worcester (WR5 2BA). This is a permanent, term-time only position working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a scheduled start date of July 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective IT lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping young people develop essential digital literacy and technical skills. You will plan and prepare high-quality lessons, assess student progress, and support individual learning needs in alignment with the school’s curriculum.
The salary for this position is up to £43,000 per annum, determined by your experience (not pro rata). Outcomes First Group places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, ensuring teams are given the support and time they need to recharge.
