Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Multi-Sensory Impairment Teacher to join our team at Stretton Shires School, located near Stretton, Rutland. In this permanent, term-time-only role, you will work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 4:30pm, starting in January 2027. The salary for this position is up to £42,500 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering tailored educational programs for students with multi-sensory impairments.
- Adapting teaching methods, materials, and the learning environment to suit individual student needs and communication styles.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, support staff, and parents or guardians.
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording student progress to ensure developmental and educational milestones are met.
- Fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom atmosphere that prioritizes student wellbeing.
