Witherslack Group is currently seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 4 days per week across two of our specialized children’s homes in Egglescliffe, Stockton-On-Tees. In this rewarding role, you will be a crucial part of our joined-up model in SEND, where our clinicians are continually fulfilled by the opportunity to effect positive change in the lives of young people, celebrating even the smallest victories.
As part of our clinical team, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve providing professional therapeutic support, collaborating closely with education and residential care colleagues, and developing tailored intervention strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each young person. While foundational clinical qualifications and experience are required for this position, having prior knowledge of sexual trauma, including Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), would be highly desirable.
We are offering a competitive salary of £39,338 per year for this part-time opportunity, reflecting the important nature of the work you will be undertaking.
