Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Carrying out proactive and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshooting technical faults to minimise downtime and ensure optimal line efficiency.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and safety standards.
- Complying with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with production teams and other engineering colleagues across your shift.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £51,027 per year. You will benefit from working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where care and fresh ideas help keep things moving.
